Resident Chef Has 18 years in Playa Del Carmen, during this time he has trained and worked for Riu hotel Group and spent 5 years working in Dominican Republic. He also spent time at Riu hotels in Jamaica and Los Cabos in Baja California specially cooking Comida Mexicana. His experience has also trained him for many international cuisins, from Paella to Grilled Steaks. When he is not working he spends time enjoying the natural beauty of the beaches with his wife and kids.
